Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rata billing until the end of the quarter. Downgrades take effect from the next quarter.

Cancel in writing by email to info@fades-management.com or via the unsubscribe function in your account. Notice period: one quarter.
Support is included on every plan, Micro too: asking a question, having something checked or getting help with a setting is unlimited and free, just like the AI chatbot and the documentation. No quota, no Premium add-on. Only when you ask us to do something on your behalf (set up, enter, adjust) do we charge € 9 per ticket as hands-on work, and we always say so first. Larger jobs are consultancy at € 90 per hour.
