A separate venue is a second location or business unit with its own accounting — e.g. a second B&B at a different address, a spa you want to invoice separately, or a conference room as a standalone product. For a single B&B (even with wellness), you only need one venue.

The wellness module is a software feature for wellness bookings (session slots, guest reservations, linked to room bookings). You don't need a separate venue for it — your B&B with spa = 1 venue.

Hands-on consultancy — for whom?

When you don't want to do it yourself but want us to do it: setting up your facility, migrating data from another system, training for your team or a custom integration. € 90 / hour, no commitment.

How does billing work?

You pay quarterly in advance. Additions during a running quarter (extra rooms, facilities or add-ons) are billed monthly, pro rata until the end of the quarter — no discounts, no surprises.

Frequently asked questions

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rata billing until the end of the quarter. Downgrades take effect from the next quarter.

What about VAT?

All prices are excl. VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number pay 0 % via reverse-charge.

How do I cancel?

Cancel in writing by email to info@fades-management.com or via the unsubscribe function in your account. Notice period: one quarter.

How does support work?

Reporting bugs, using the AI chatbot and consulting the docs is always free. On top, you get included support tickets per month (Starter 1, Pro 2, Business 3, Hotel unlimited) for configuration questions or "how do I X" requests. Above the included amount a ticket costs € 9 (post-paid). The Premium Support add-on (€ 49/m) makes it unlimited — the Hotel plan already includes that add-on.
