BedFlow starts with a personal frustration. Since 2021 I've run B&B Burgemeestershof in Flanders — six rooms, a wellness, a garden I'm proud of. Until last year I managed everything with four browser tabs: MyTourist for bookings, Booking-extranet for prices, WhatsApp Web for guest messages, Excel for payments. There had to be a better way.

No support ticket system, no chatbot. Email me (ds@openview.be) and you often get a same-day reply, usually from me personally. This doesn't scale forever, but the idea that the maker does the support is one we want to keep.

The big PMS players (Mews, Cloudbeds, Lodgify) target 20+ rooms. The small vacation-rental tools (Smoobu, Lodgify, Hostaway) target holiday homes. The Belgian tools (MyTourist) stay in invoicing. There's a gap in the middle: a B&B operator with 4-10 rooms who also needs Belgian VAT invoicing, wants WhatsApp guest contact, and isn't paying €200/month for two separate tools. That's where BedFlow lives.
