The BedFlow app is now on the App Store and Google Play

From today the BedFlow app is in the Apple App Store and on Google Play. It is free, and it works with an existing BedFlow account — you still create an account on bedflow.eu, not in the app.

The app is deliberately not a second BedFlow. It is the mobile companion to what you have on your laptop: what you need on the move, and nothing more.

What is in it

• Today and tomorrow — who arrives, who leaves and who stays, with the room, the number of guests, the number of nights and the hour the guest is expected. Swipe left or right for a day forward or back.
• Check in and out with one tap, even at the door. From the same card you call the guest or send a WhatsApp message.
• Room grid — two weeks ahead, room by room, with the bookings on it. Tap a free day to block it, tap a blocked day to release it; several days in a row too.
• Month calendar — the whole month in one screen, with or without booking bars.
• Bookings — upcoming, currently in house or all, searchable by name.
• Housekeeping — which rooms need work today and tomorrow, and why: departure, arrival or a guest staying on.
• Invoices and payments — look up your invoices on the move, and see what came in this month, last month, the last 90 days or this year.
• Statistics — occupancy and revenue, in total and per property.
• Guest inbox, reviews and support tickets — read and answer messages, answer reviews while the booking channel's response window is open, and follow up your questions to BedFlow.

Two things we deliberately built this way

It works without a connection too. The last data it fetched stays on your device, so your screen is there straight away — in a basement, a lift, or a village with one bar of signal. As soon as there is network again, the app refreshes itself in the background. That is exactly the moment you need an app like this: at the door, with a guest in front of you.

Your sign-in sits behind your fingerprint or face. It is kept in your device's secure storage — the keychain — and only opens with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. Lose your phone and your booking system is not simply lying open.

Managing more than one property? Tick in the settings which properties count, or leave them all on and see them together in one overview.
