How the integration works

One OpenGDS connection, every partner

You link BedFlow to OpenGDS once with your Hotel Code. Then you activate Hotel4Dinner and the other OpenGDS partners in their portal; BedFlow keeps them all up to date at once.

Rates and packages per channel

Each room can carry several rate plans: a weekend package for Hotel4Dinner, a lower rate for another channel. BedFlow sends the right price and availability per plan.

Bookings and vouchers in your calendar

A booking or redeemed voucher from Hotel4Dinner appears in BedFlow right away, channel included. Guest communication, housekeeping and invoicing carry on as if the guest had booked directly.

Step by step: connecting Hotel4Dinner

You can do all of this yourself, no technical knowledge needed. If you get stuck, support@bedflow.eu helps — included in every plan.

  1. 1

    Create a free OpenGDS account

Register your property at cloud.opengds.com/property/register, confirm your email address and choose a password. OpenGDS is free: no setup fee, no subscription, no commission from OpenGDS itself. You land in your OpenGDS dashboard.

  2. 2

    Put your rooms into OpenGDS

In the dashboard go to Accommodations and create one accommodation per room type: number of units, minimum and maximum occupancy, extra beds if any. Breakfast or other extras go under Supplements. You do not create rate plans here — the partner does that.

  3. 3

Contact Hotel4Dinner and agree the partnership

First fill in Partner Network → Sales Configuration so partners can find you. Then open the Hotel4Dinner profile in the Marketplace and send a connection request — or contact Hotel4Dinner directly. Commission and terms are agreed with Hotel4Dinner itself, not with BedFlow. Once agreed, Hotel4Dinner sends the official invitation ("Start partnership"); you approve it in your dashboard and Hotel4Dinner creates the rate plans in its own OpenGDS environment.

  4. 4

    Link OpenGDS to BedFlow

Look up your Property ID in OpenGDS (Extra → Channel Manager). In BedFlow go to Settings → Integrations → OpenGDS, paste that code and click "Connect in Channex". In the Mapping tab link each BedFlow room to the right Hotel4Dinner rate plan and click "Done". OpenGDS confirms the connection, usually within 24 to 72 hours; the status in BedFlow switches to "Active" by itself.

  5. 5

Set your price and margin for Hotel4Dinner

On the Rates page, create a rate profile for Hotel4Dinner with the margin that covers the commission; without its own profile, Hotel4Dinner follows the OpenGDS setting of the tile. From now on BedFlow sends price and availability automatically. Make one test booking on Hotel4Dinner and check that it appears in your calendar — then you are live.
