Connect Hotels.com to BedFlow

Hotels.com is one of the 130 booking channels BedFlow reaches through the Channex channel manager. Your availability, rates and restrictions go to Hotels.com in real time; every booking, change or cancellation lands automatically in your BedFlow calendar — no double bookings, no retyping.

How the integration works

One calendar, every channel

Your availability, rates and minimum stay go from BedFlow in real time to Hotels.com and all your other channels. A booking on one channel closes the room everywhere — no double bookings.

Bookings arrive by themselves

Every booking, change and cancellation from Hotels.com is in your BedFlow calendar within the minute, with guest details, price and channel. The confirmation email and the rest of your guest communication go out automatically.

Commission and revenue per channel

BedFlow records the channel and commission for every booking. In your statistics you see how much revenue Hotels.com brings, what you pay for it and whether that guest spends more or less than a direct booker.

Step by step: connecting Hotels.com

You can do all of this yourself, no technical knowledge needed. If you get stuck, support@bedflow.eu helps — included in every plan.

  1. 1

Have an active account with Hotels.com

Your property must be registered and approved with Hotels.com itself, with your rooms and photos in their extranet. Note your property ID at Hotels.com — you will need it next. Commission and terms are agreed with Hotels.com.

  2. 2

    Start the connection in BedFlow

Go to Settings → Integrations, open the Hotels.com tile (or "Add channel"), enter your property ID and click "Connect in Channex". A window opens inside BedFlow with the channel wizard — no need to log in anywhere else.

  3. 3

Map your rooms and rate plans

In the Mapping tab, pick for each Hotels.com room type the matching BedFlow room and rate plan. A room without mapping is not sent. When the Readiness Check is green, click "Done" — BedFlow activates the channel.

  4. 4

Hotels.com confirms — you are live

Hotels.com approves the connection on their side, usually within one to three working days; the status in BedFlow then switches to "Active". Check once that your rates and availability at Hotels.com are correct. From then on everything runs by itself.
