Logging in to the Booking.com extranet: the right address, and what to do if it fails
You log in to the Booking.com extranet at admin.booking.com, with your username, your password and a verification code. How to fix a forgotten password or a missing code, and how to spot a fake login page.

Short answer: you log in to the Booking.com extranet at admin.booking.com. You enter your username and password and then confirm with a verification code, which you generate in the Pulse app or receive by text message. Forgotten your password? Use the help link on the sign-in page and you will get a reset link by email. If no code arrives, the route goes through Booking.com customer service.
This page is not the login itself: BedFlow PMS is not part of Booking.com and cannot log in or restore your password for you. What you will find here is how it works and what to do when you get stuck. The steps come from the help pages Booking.com publishes for its partners. Button names may have changed slightly since.
How to log in, step by step
- Type admin.booking.com into your browser's address bar, or use a bookmark you made yourself.
- Enter your extranet username, then your password.
- Choose how to get the verification code: through the Pulse app, or by text message to a phone number on your account.
- Enter the code. In Pulse you will find it under More. It is only valid for a short time, so enter it straight away.
Booking.com may ask for a code more than once within a day. That is normal and does not point to a problem with your account.
Along the way you are redirected to another address that also ends in booking.com, such as account.booking.com. That is normal too. What you do need to watch out for is below.
Check the address before you type anything
Accommodation businesses are a regular target for phishing. Scammers send an email or message that seems to come from Booking.com, with a link to a page that looks like the extranet. Anyone who logs in there hands over their details. With a hijacked account they can then send guests messages that appear to come from you.
So look at the part of the address right before the first single slash. It has to end in booking.com:
- Right: admin.booking.com and account.booking.com.
- Wrong: an address with booking.com in the middle, such as admin.booking.com.something-else.net.
- Not the published address: variants like adminbooking.com, extranetbooking.com or bookingcomextranet.net. People often search for them, but Booking.com does not give them as the address of the extranet. So do not enter your details there.
Three more habits that help:
- Do not click through from an email to log in. Open the extranet yourself from your bookmark and check there whether the message is genuine.
- Does a page ask you to paste a command or press a key combination to "prove you are human"? Never do it, and close the page.
- Never give your code to someone who calls or emails you, even if they say they are from Booking.com. If in doubt, make contact yourself through the extranet or partner help.
Forgotten password or locked account
The sign-in page has a help link, Having trouble signing in?, with Forgot your password? below it. Enter your username and request the reset link. It arrives by email.
After five failed attempts, logging in is temporarily blocked. The fix is the same: use the forgotten password option and follow the steps. You may also have to confirm your email address.
No email? Check your spam and make sure you are using the right account. Many B&Bs set up their extranet years ago with an old or shared email address, so look there as well. If you have lost your username, use Forgot your username? and contact Booking.com partner help.
You are not getting a verification code
The classic: the phone number on the account is out of date, or the phone was just replaced. Try these in order:
- Pulse: if you are still logged in to the app on a device, generate the code there. You do not need a text message then.
- Another number: on the verification method page, pick another number on the account, if there is one.
- No access at all: select Unable to verify? at the code prompt. Customer service can then issue a new code. Have your property ID ready and call from a number listed in your extranet.
Update your numbers right afterwards so you do not get stuck again. Add at least two: your own phone and that of a regular colleague or partner.
Giving a colleague access
Do not share your login with staff or your accountant. Booking.com advises against it, and it makes it impossible to see who did what. Anyone who works with you gets their own account: your extranet administrator invites that person and grants access to your property. When someone leaves, you remove their access and everyone else keeps working.
Think someone else has been in your account?
Do you see bookings, messages or changes you do not recognise, or did you enter your details on a suspicious page? Change your password at once and report it to Booking.com partner help as soon as possible. Their help pages ask you to report a possible breach within 24 hours. Also warn guests with an upcoming booking that you will never ask for their card details through a link.
How often do you still need the extranet?
The less you need to log in, the better. With a channel manager, rates, availability and bookings run through your PMS, and with most connections guest messages are answered there as well. You still need the extranet for your photos and description, your policies, payouts and the commission invoice, reviews and promotions. What goes where is covered in changing prices: in the extranet or in your PMS?, and what an extranet is and which platforms have one is explained in what is an extranet?
