Your property must be registered and approved with Bed-and-Breakfast.it itself, with your rooms and photos in their extranet. Note your property ID at Bed-and-Breakfast.it — you will need it next. Commission and terms are agreed with Bed-and-Breakfast.it.
Go to Settings → Integrations, open the Bed-and-Breakfast.it tile (or "Add channel"), enter your property ID and click "Connect in Channex". A window opens inside BedFlow with the channel wizard — no need to log in anywhere else.
In the Mapping tab, pick for each Bed-and-Breakfast.it room type the matching BedFlow room and rate plan. A room without mapping is not sent. When the Readiness Check is green, click "Done" — BedFlow activates the channel.
Bed-and-Breakfast.it approves the connection on their side, usually within one to three working days; the status in BedFlow then switches to "Active". Check once that your rates and availability at Bed-and-Breakfast.it are correct. From then on everything runs by itself.
