Bookit is connected to OpenGDS, the Benelux distribution hub BedFlow links to. One connection, and Bookit receives your availability and rates automatically; every booking appears in your BedFlow calendar right away. Ideal for packages, deals and the Dutch and Belgian specialists.
You link BedFlow to OpenGDS once with your Hotel Code. Then you activate Bookit and the other OpenGDS partners in their portal; BedFlow keeps them all up to date at once.
Each room can carry several rate plans: a weekend package for Bookit, a lower rate for another channel. BedFlow sends the right price and availability per plan.
A booking or redeemed voucher from Bookit appears in BedFlow right away, channel included. Guest communication, housekeeping and invoicing carry on as if the guest had booked directly.
You can do all of this yourself, no technical knowledge needed. If you get stuck, support@bedflow.eu helps — included in every plan.
Register your property at cloud.opengds.com/property/register, confirm your email address and choose a password. OpenGDS is free: no setup fee, no subscription, no commission from OpenGDS itself. You land in your OpenGDS dashboard.
In the dashboard go to Accommodations and create one accommodation per room type: number of units, minimum and maximum occupancy, extra beds if any. Breakfast or other extras go under Supplements. You do not create rate plans here — the partner does that.
First fill in Partner Network → Sales Configuration so partners can find you. Then open the Bookit profile in the Marketplace and send a connection request — or contact Bookit directly. Commission and terms are agreed with Bookit itself, not with BedFlow. Once agreed, Bookit sends the official invitation ("Start partnership"); you approve it in your dashboard and Bookit creates the rate plans in its own OpenGDS environment.
Look up your Property ID in OpenGDS (Extra → Channel Manager). In BedFlow go to Settings → Integrations → OpenGDS, paste that code and click "Connect in Channex". In the Mapping tab link each BedFlow room to the right Bookit rate plan and click "Done". OpenGDS confirms the connection, usually within 24 to 72 hours; the status in BedFlow switches to "Active" by itself.
On the Rates page, create a rate profile for Bookit with the margin that covers the commission; without its own profile, Bookit follows the OpenGDS setting of the tile. From now on BedFlow sends price and availability automatically. Make one test booking on Bookit and check that it appears in your calendar — then you are live.
