Every booking, change and cancellation from Despegar is in your BedFlow calendar within the minute, with guest details, price and channel. The confirmation email and the rest of your guest communication go out automatically.
BedFlow records the channel and commission for every booking. In your statistics you see how much revenue Despegar brings, what you pay for it and whether that guest spends more or less than a direct booker.

Your property must be registered and approved with Despegar itself, with your rooms and photos in their extranet. Note your property ID at Despegar — you will need it next. Commission and terms are agreed with Despegar.
Go to Settings → Integrations, open the Despegar tile (or "Add channel"), enter your property ID and click "Connect in Channex". A window opens inside BedFlow with the channel wizard — no need to log in anywhere else.
In the Mapping tab, pick for each Despegar room type the matching BedFlow room and rate plan. A room without mapping is not sent. When the Readiness Check is green, click "Done" — BedFlow activates the channel.
Despegar approves the connection on their side, usually within one to three working days; the status in BedFlow then switches to "Active". Check once that your rates and availability at Despegar are correct. From then on everything runs by itself.
