Hotelbeds is one of the 130 booking channels BedFlow reaches through the Channex channel manager. Your availability, rates and restrictions go to Hotelbeds in real time; every booking, change or cancellation lands automatically in your BedFlow calendar — no double bookings, no retyping.
Your availability, rates and minimum stay go from BedFlow in real time to Hotelbeds and all your other channels. A booking on one channel closes the room everywhere — no double bookings.
Every booking, change and cancellation from Hotelbeds is in your BedFlow calendar within the minute, with guest details, price and channel. The confirmation email and the rest of your guest communication go out automatically.
BedFlow records the channel and commission for every booking. In your statistics you see how much revenue Hotelbeds brings, what you pay for it and whether that guest spends more or less than a direct booker.

Your property must be registered and approved with Hotelbeds itself, with your rooms and photos in their extranet. Note your property ID at Hotelbeds — you will need it next. Commission and terms are agreed with Hotelbeds.
Go to Settings → Integrations, open the Hotelbeds tile (or "Add channel"), enter your property ID and click "Connect in Channex". A window opens inside BedFlow with the channel wizard — no need to log in anywhere else.
In the Mapping tab, pick for each Hotelbeds room type the matching BedFlow room and rate plan. A room without mapping is not sent. When the Readiness Check is green, click "Done" — BedFlow activates the channel.
Hotelbeds approves the connection on their side, usually within one to three working days; the status in BedFlow then switches to "Active". Check once that your rates and availability at Hotelbeds are correct. From then on everything runs by itself.
