KPIs (6 large numbers)
- Revenue YTD (up to and including the current month) + YoY % vs last year

- Wellness revenue YoY
- Extras revenue (honesty bar, breakfast extras, …) YoY

Revenue per month (stacked bar chart)
Per month: stacked per room. Year-on-year comparison with last year in grey background bars.
Click on a month → detail modal with breakdown per room + product category, quarterly subtotals, YTD cumulative.
The bar = your monthly revenue
Each stacked bar adds up to exactly the monthly revenue from the table:
- Renamed rooms are recognised: if you give "Room 5" its own name (e.g. a room name from your website), that overnight revenue still lands on the correct room.
- Everything that is not a room or wellness (breakfast, tourist tax, dog, honesty bar) is bundled into one grey "Other" segment.
- Both BedFlow invoices and invoices from a previous system are counted.
Expected revenue (current month)
The current month shows a dashed outline: "expected (booked)". That is the expected full-month revenue: what has already been invoiced (the bar) plus only the definitive bookings that are currently in-house or still arriving later this month. Options (not yet confirmed), cancelled bookings and stays that have already departed are not counted — so you see a realistic end amount, not an inflated estimate.
Revenue per room
Horizontal bars, year-on-year. Including a product breakdown (wellness, breakfast, extras) separated from room revenue.
Wellness analysis
Per month: number of wellness sessions split into:
- Standalone (wellness without an overnight stay)
- With overnight stay (wellness as an extra on a booking)
Top extras
All products ranked by frequency × revenue. You see at a glance which items perform best.
Full occupancy analysis
Per month + per weekday: how many days were fully booked? How many bookings did you miss (estimated based on availability elsewhere)? Suggestions for additional rooms or dynamic pricing.
Quarterly subtotals
Month table with Q1/Q2/Q3/Q4 subtotals and year-cumulative. Click on a quarter → detail.
Guest origin
World map with the number of guests per country. Switch at the top between This year / Last year / All time; click a country for the detail. Below it, the full country list.
Origin over time: your top-10 countries, compared year over year (the last 3 years + all time), including the average spend per room-night per country. The current year is compared on a YTD basis — last year is measured up to exactly the same day-of-year, keeping the trend fair.
Revenue per channel
A table per booking channel (direct, Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, …) with the number of bookings, the revenue, its share of your total revenue, the average revenue per booking and per room night. You see at a glance whether a Booking.com guest spends more or less than a direct booker — and whether the commission you pay there earns itself back. Under each figure, last year's value is shown in small print; for "per booking" also the difference in percent.
Counted by arrival date, excluding cancellations. Revenue = the invoice or proforma total incl. VAT, counted once per invoice (even when several bookings share it); the averages only divide by bookings with an invoice. The current year is compared up to today with the same period last year.
Cancellations & booking window
- Cancellations: how often and how late before arrival bookings get cancelled.
- Booking-to-stay lead time: how far in advance your guests book.
Statbel export
Top right: Statbel export button — pick month and year. It also runs automatically on the 3rd of every month (08:00) for the previous month, separately for each Belgian property. Generates one XLSX per property with all departed bookings of that month in Statbel format and sends it to your property's Telegram channel (link it under Settings → Integrations). Without a Telegram channel the file goes to the BedFlow admin, who forwards it to you.
Dynamic segments
Room names and colours come from the DB — scales automatically as you add new rooms (e.g. Room 5 automatically appears in all charts).
