The BedFlow app on your phone

What is the app for?
The app is not a second system, but the same system in your pocket. You log in with your regular BedFlow account and see the same data as on the computer:
- Today — who is arriving and who is leaving
- Rooms — the grid, with blocking and releasing
- Calendar — the month at a glance
- Housekeeping — what needs cleaning today
- Invoices and payments — including recording a payment
- Guest inbox, reviews and support tickets
Made for on the go: quickly checking something between two rooms, or confirming an arrival while you are standing in the garden. The full work — rates, automations, settings — stays on the computer.
Where do you get it?

Search Google Play for BedFlow, or use the link above. The app does not ask for a separate account: you sign in with the email address and password you also use to log in on bedflow.eu.
Testing early on iPhone
You can already use the iOS version before the store release via TestFlight, Apple's official testing environment. It is the same app — you just get it directly from us instead of from the App Store.
Want to join? Ask us for an invitation via support or simply by email. You will receive a link; it opens TestFlight, and after that you install BedFlow like any other app.
What you need: an iPhone or iPad with iOS 15 or later, and the free TestFlight app from the App Store.
What does not work yet?
Push notifications are prepared but not switched on yet. So for now you will not get a notification on your phone when a new booking comes in — email and WhatsApp remain the way for that.

Let us know via a support ticket, or simply reply to the email you received the app with. Please mention which device you use and which version of the app — you will find it at the bottom of the app's menu.
