Everything about your BedFlow subscription itself: which plan fits you, the free trial, where to manage your invoices and payment method, and how to upgrade or downgrade.
Note: this article is about what you pay to BedFlow. Invoices for your guests are created and managed elsewhere — see Invoicing & proformas.
Where do you manage your subscription?

At the top of the left sidebar you'll find My subscription & invoices. The same page is also reachable via the user menu in the top right, or directly at /account/billing.
There you see at a glance:
- your current plan and its status (trial, active, …)
- the date and amount of your next invoice
- all your invoices so far, each with a PDF download
- your company details (name, VAT number, address, IBAN)
- your payment method
The plans

A few particulars:
- Seizoen is made for anyone renting out a single holiday home. You pay €79 per year, which includes 25 bookings per year. Get more? You pay €5 per extra booking, settled monthly. A maximum of 1 unit fits on this plan.
- Hotel has no hard cap: above 30 rooms you pay €4 per extra room per month, and €5 per extra facility per month.
- Monthly plans are invoiced per quarter; Seizoen is invoiced per year.
- Support tickets included per month: Micro 0, Starter 1, Pro 2, Business 3, Hotel unlimited. Extra ticket: €9. Want unlimited support on a smaller plan? The Premium Support add-on costs €49 per month.

30 days free trial
Every new account starts with a 30-day trial:
- Pick a plan on the pricing page and walk through onboarding.
- You do not need to enter a credit card — your trial starts right away.
- Shortly before the end of your trial you get an email reminder.
- Add your payment method and your subscription continues seamlessly. Your first invoice is pro rata: you only pay for the days until the end of the current period.
If you do nothing, your account simply stops — nothing is ever charged without a payment method.
Payment method & BedFlow invoices
- Click Manage payment method — you land in a secure payment environment (Stripe) where you add or change your card.
- Under Invoices you'll find all your BedFlow invoices, each with a PDF download.
- Check your company details (name, VAT number, address): they appear on every following invoice. Changes apply from the next invoice onwards.
Upgrading or downgrading
- Open My subscription & invoices.
- Pick the desired plan and confirm.
- Your new plan is active immediately. Any additional charge is settled pro rata on your next invoice.
Self-service switching works between Starter, Pro, Business and Hotel. Want to move to or from Seizoen or Micro? Drop a message to info@bedflow.eu and we'll arrange the switch.
Extras on the same page
- TextMeFlow Starter (free from Starter) — our WhatsApp + SMS service, activated with one click. See WhatsApp via TextMeFlow.
- Chat & Reviews add-on (€11.99 / month) — syncs guest messages and reviews from Booking.com and Airbnb straight into BedFlow. You can switch it on and off any time; the change counts from the next billing cycle.
Cancelling
Cancelling happens on the same page, without notice-period fuss: your subscription simply runs until the end of the period you already paid for (the current quarter, or the current year on Seizoen) and then stops automatically.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to enter a credit card to try BedFlow? No. The 30-day trial starts without payment details. Only when you want to continue after your trial do you add a payment method.
What happens if I get more than 25 bookings on Seizoen? Nothing dramatic — every booking above 25 costs €5, settled monthly. If it becomes structural, upgrading to Micro or Starter is often cheaper; we credit the yearly amount you already paid pro rata.
I have a VAT number. Do I pay VAT on my BedFlow invoice? EU businesses with a valid VAT number receive an invoice with VAT reverse-charged. So make sure to fill in your VAT number in your company details.
Is this the same place as the invoices for my guests? No. Guest invoices (proformas, deposits, payment links) are managed with your bookings — see Invoicing & proformas.
Can I change my billing frequency? Monthly plans are invoiced per quarter by default and Seizoen per year; a different frequency isn't possible at the moment.
