Migrating from MyTourist to BedFlow

At a glance

If you currently use MyTourist, you can move your entire database to BedFlow in under an hour — without our intervention. We have built a wizard at bedflow.eu/migrate that transfers everything automatically through the official MyTourist API.

What do we transfer automatically?

What does NOT work via API (1-min manual work)

  • Reviews: BedFlow connects directly to Booking.com / Airbnb / Google reviews — often more reviews than in MT itself.
  • Email templates: copy your texts into our visual editor — takes 5 min.
  • Channel mapping (Booking, Airbnb, Expedia): we configure Channex (free up to 5 rooms) during onboarding.

The 6-step flow

  1. Create account at bedflow.eu/signup — 1 minute, email + password.
  2. Enter the API key from MyTourist → Plugins → API. See Generate API key.
  3. Dry-run preview in your browser: we count what is being transferred so you know in advance what you will get.
  4. Selection: everything is on, untick what you do not want to migrate.
  5. Background import of 15-30 min — you get an email when everything is in.
  6. Test in your BedFlow — all data + photos present. Not satisfied? 30-day money-back guarantee.

Parallel phase (optional, recommended)

Between step 6 and your real switch we recommend a 2-4 week parallel phase: MyTourist remains your primary system but new bookings also come into BedFlow in real-time via a webhook.
