Migrating from Hostaway

Currently using Hostaway? Then you move your listings, reservations and calendar to BedFlow in one go — via the migration wizard at bedflow.eu/migration-hub. The import is read-only: we read your Hostaway account through the official API and change nothing there.

What do we transfer?

Important: one cutoff moment

Unlike a channel manager, BedFlow keeps no continuous sync with Hostaway. The migration is a one-time, read-only import: you choose a cutoff moment, import up to that point, and then switch your channels over to BedFlow. That way every new booking from that moment on arrives in BedFlow, without double administration.

The flow

Open the Migration Hub at bedflow.eu/migration-hub and choose the Hostaway tile.
Enter your Hostaway credentials — account-ID + API-key (from your Hostaway dashboard under Settings → API).
Preview: we count your listings and reservations so you know in advance what is coming in.
Group & link your listings to properties and rooms.
Background import — you don't have to wait; you get notified as soon as everything is in.
Check your BedFlow: all rooms, photos and bookings present.

After that: connect channels

Once your data is in, you connect your OTAs (Booking.com, Airbnb, …) in BedFlow via Connections — no longer via Hostaway. From your cutoff onward, BedFlow manages your availability and prices.

No risk

Read-only: we change nothing on your Hostaway account — only reading.
Data ownership: you export your BedFlow data at any time in CSV/JSON.
