White-label guest page
Updated on 2026-06-23
The guest page carries each property's own brand. A guest who opens their booking link sees only the identity of the property they are staying at — no BedFlow branding and no branding from another property. Its own name, its own colours, its own contact details, its own welcome text.
What is white-label per property?
Previously the guest page showed the same fixed footer and welcome text everywhere. Now everything comes from the booked property's own data:
- Footer — the property's name, address, contact, website and brand colour, plus optionally Facebook/Instagram and legal links (terms and conditions, house rules, cancellation policy). Fields that are empty are simply hidden.
- Welcome text — the three lines under "Welcome {name}" are configurable per property. Leave them empty and BedFlow shows a clean, automatically localised default text (NL/EN/FR/DE).
Every property thus has its own brand identity in the guest portal: nothing shared, everything in the property's own look.
Where do you set it?
On the property page (Manage → Properties → edit property) you'll find two collapsible sections:
Guest page footer
- Facebook and Instagram — the full URL to each page. Empty = the icon does not appear.
- Terms and conditions, House rules and Cancellation policy — one link each. Empty = that link does not appear.
Name, address, contact, website and colour are not here: they come automatically from the property's data, so you only have to maintain them in one place.
Guest page welcome
Three lines that appear under "Welcome {name}". Fill in nothing and the page falls back to the generic localised text. Other languages that were already filled in are preserved when you edit the Dutch lines.
What does the guest see?
A professional guest portal entirely in the property's own look — without BedFlow or third-party branding. If you manage several properties, you give each one its own face, with one shared back end.
Good to know
- Name, address, contact, website and colour are read from the property itself — adjust them there and the footer follows.
- Empty fields are always hidden; the guest never sees a half-empty footer or a placeholder.
- The default welcome text follows the guest's language (NL/EN/FR/DE), so it reads well even without your own text.
