Integrations overview

Settings → Integrations (also called Connections) — visual dashboard of all external services BedFlow talks to.

Layout

Integrations are grouped by category:

🌐 Channels (OTAs)

Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, OpenGDS — all via the Channex channel manager.

🧩 PMS & Sync

MyTourist (legacy, optional), Channex (the underlying infrastructure).

💳 Payments

Stripe, Bancontact, Deposits toggle (deposit mode).

📚 Accounting

Yuki, Peppol (B2B e-invoicing).

📬 Communication

Telegram (admin notifications), WhatsApp (TextMeFlow — free from Starter, or TextMeBot as legacy), Fillout (legacy form), Home Assistant (home automation), Google Calendar (wellness).

🏡 Infrastructure

Breakfast API (for the Home Assistant tablet), Breakfast tokens.

✨ Guest experience

Booking widget, Wellness, Housekeeping module.

Status per tile

Each tile shows:

  • 🟢 Connected — credentials set and working
  • 🔵 Active — toggleable feature is on
  • ⚫ Inactive — toggleable feature is off
  • ⚠️ Not configured — credentials missing
  • 🔜 Coming soon — still in development

Toggleable tiles (Channex, Booking Widget, Deposits, Peppol, Housekeeping) have a switch on the right.

Configurable tiles (Stripe, Yuki, Channex, ...) have a deep link to the relevant Settings tab.

Synchronise channels and test connection

Top right there are two buttons:

  • Test connection — instantly checks whether the link with the channel manager works and shows how many room types and rate plans were found for your property. If something is off, the notification tells you what.
  • Synchronise channels — starts a full availability + prices sync for the next 365 days. Useful after large changes (seasonal prices updated, new room).

Something not coming through? Test the connection first, then synchronise — more in Channex.
