What is BedFlow?

BedFlow is a complete Property Management System (PMS) for B&Bs and boutique hotels. One central dashboard to manage your bookings, rooms, rates, payments, guest communication and housekeeping.

Built on Laravel 12 + Filament v4, with integrations for Stripe, Channex (channel manager), Yuki (accounting), Home Assistant (smart locks), Telegram (admin notifications) and WhatsApp via TextMeBot.

Key concepts

  • Room — a physical bookable unit (Room 1, 2, 3, …) with prices and a Channex link
  • Room type — an overarching category (Suite, Standard) with photos and descriptions. For small B&Bs this is 1:1 with a Room
  • Booking — a reservation for one or more rooms, one or more nights
  • Invoice — proforma (prepayment) or final invoice linked to a booking
  • Debtor — the guest/customer as an entity (name, address, VAT number, …)
  • Automation — a rule that determines when which email is sent automatically
